Returns Policy
Castle Chocolates use Royal Mail to deliver our packages and on occasions, some packaging damage may occur. We have specially designed the packaging to withstand an amount of handling and this means the contents should arrive in perfect condition.

We cannot be responsible for other circumstances that may occur beyond the control of Castle Chocolates or Royal Mail by third parties or pets for example or other examples such as damage when or after opening, storage in unsuitable conditions for chocolate – eg extreme temperatures, weather conditions etc.

Customer Service
Castle Chocolates aim to give all customers the top level of service. If the Chocolates delivered are not as offered, we will give a full refund subject to evidence of the unfulfilled promise and the goods being returned safely to us. We will be unable to make refunds simply based on dislike or if the goods are not returned.

Any intended return should first be notified to Castle Chocolates by phone or by email through the website within 48 hours of receipt of order. As soon as Castle Chocolates have responded to the notification, we would expect the goods to be returned in their original packaging within 7 days. Following internal investigation, if Castle Chocolates are at fault, then we will also refund your postage costs.
