Placing Your Order

Congratulations! You’ve made a great choice!

The shop is set up to be able to post your choice of: one to four boxes of Castle Chocolates, one to four boxes of Castle Truffles or multiples of eight Castle Bars anywhere in the UK.

Placing your order is easy, just follow the steps indicated on the site:

Select PRODUCTS on the menu bar, then choose the type of Chocolate product you would like.

Next pick the flavour you prefer and Click Details if you need more information, otherwise Click Buy if you’ve made up your mind and you’re ready to go.

At the Shopping Basket, we just need some basic details to create an account for you or you can login as usual and then confirm the quantity of chocolate products you wish to order (note, if you change the order quantity, please also click on Update Totals).

For first time buyers, we just need your billing information and shipping information if this varies. It gets much easier second time round! Then we just need you to confirm the amount to be charged.

Put in your payment details and the rest is up to us.

We will post your order the same working day where possible ie post timings permitting. If not possible to post same day, your order will be posted the next working day after ordering. All packages will be sent in the UK by first class post.
