Delivery
Castle Chocolates are made by hand, packed by hand and posted by hand, we use specially designed packaging to ensure that your chocolates arrive at their UK destination in perfect condition.
Orders received Monday to Friday before noon, will generally be posted that day by Royal Mail first class post in order to arrive the next day in the UK where possible. For orders received after noon, we will try our hardest to post that day but depending on timings, will more likely be posted the following working day.

Castle Chocolates, through Royal Mail aim to deliver our packages to any recognised address in the UK, providing full instructions are given at time of ordering. We will also endeavour to meet any special instructions given, but via Royal Mail, we cannot guarantee to meet all possibilities. If you are ordering Castle Chocolates as a surprise gift, please consider if the recipient will be at home or in the office when the packages are delivered – if the packages cannot be delivered as ordered and are returned by Royal Mail for recipient collection we obviously cannot guarantee the time of delivery – but most of all we would not wish the surprise to fail and you or your recipient to be disappointed!

Allergy Advice & Ingredients
Some Castle Chocolates contain nuts. Other ingredients are listed on our Castle Chocolates filled chocolates boxes. We can provide contents lists for our other chocolates on request, by email through the website.
